MARRT 2019 Educational Forum and AGM

TRADESHOW REGISTRATION

On Thursday, April 11th and Friday, April 19th 2019, MARRT will be holding its Educational Forum and Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Canad Inns Club Regent Hotel  (1415 Regent Ave West), Winnipeg, Manitoba.

We are offering your company the opportunity to display your products and services to front-line therapists, department managers and other decision makers.

For 2019, we are excited to be able to offer multiple levels of Sponsorship to our vendors to increase their engagement in the show and opportunity to communicate directly with our members.

The following sponsorships are available:

Sponsorship Levels 

PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP - $2600

  • Tradeshow Booth including 1st choice of booth location
  • Sole sponsor of the Wine & Cheese Mingling Event taking place on Friday, April 19th on the tradeshow floor with an opportunity to make a 15-minute presentation
  • Full Page Logo/Advertisement on Main Stage screen rotation during breaks and lunch
  • Logo on conference lanyards
  • 1st choice of delegate bag insert
  • One complimentary e-blast to the MARRT membership (must be used by August 31, 2019)

GOLD SPONSORSHIP - $2100

  • Tradeshow booth
  • Lunch Sponsor at one lunch buffet including signage, recognition from the podium
  • Delegate bag insert
  • Full Page Logo/Advertisement on Main Stage screen rotation during breaks/lunch
  • Two complimentary Exhibitor Registrations

SILVER SPONSORSHIP - $1600

  •  Tradeshow booth
  • Half Page Logo/Advertisement on Main Stage screen rotation during breaks/lunch
  • Delegate bag insert
  • Coffee break sponsor at one of 4 coffee breaks (two AM, two PM) including signage and recognition from the podium
  • Two complimentary Exhibitor Registrations

BRONZE SPONSORSHIP - $1249

  • Tradeshow booth
  • Logo/Advertisement on Main Stage screen rotation during breaks/lunch
  • Two complimentary Exhibitor Registrations

INDUSTRY SPONSORED TALK - $1400

  • Opportunity to sponsor a presentation that will be a part of the MARRT Forum Schedule
  • Email blast highlighting the presentation prior to the Forum
  • Please contact the MARRT Office at office@marrt.org if you are interested

Vendors can set up a tabletop display in the exhibit area and registration allows for up to two company representatives to participate in all aspects of the forum. The Coffee Break, Luncheon, and Cocktail reception functions will be held in the Exhibitors area.  Vendor registration includes 2 complimentary conference passes.  Additional conference registration may be purchased separately if needed.

Please indicate if you will require a display area with electricity. 

Please note that ONLY the platinum sponsor will be able to select their booth location.  All other vendors will be assigned a booth space by the organizing committee.


Vendor Registration for Exhibit Space will end on April 1, 2018.
